Climbing

Guided ascents of thirteen Cordillera Blanca peaks, from a first 5,000-metre summit to Huascarán, the highest mountain in Peru.

Every climb is led at a maximum ratio of two climbers per guide on technical terrain, with proper acclimatisation built into the programme. Peaks are grouped by altitude band. If you are new to mountaineering, start with the 5,000-metre group; if you have crampon and rope experience and time to acclimatise, the 6,000-metre peaks are within reach. Prices are per person and depend on group size — ask for a quote, or tell us your dates and let Wilder suggest the right objective.
